Miguel Molina and Daniel Coakley

Here are two wonderful reasons to root for the Philippine Swimming Team in the upcoming Olympics. Though they may not necessarily vie for the top honors (although they might spring of a few surprises), seeing them swim for the country's honor is one big reason alone.

Miguel Molina.
2007 SEA Games Gold for 200 and 400 meter individual medley, 200 meter breaststroke, and 4×100 meter Men’s Medley Relay.
2007 SEA Games Most Valuable Player
2005 SEA Games Gold for Men's 1500 m Freestyle, Men's 200 m Breaststroke, Men's 200 m Individual Medley, and Men's 400 m Individual Medley.
2004 Olympics 200 Individual Medley (17th)

Daniel Coakley
2007 SEA Games Gold for 50m Freestyle, 4X100 Medley Relay.

Please support the Philippine Team to the Beijing Olympic Games.

I became a fan of Miguel Molina when I saw him win the gold in the 2005 Manila SEA Games.

i believe they're now in beijing?

yep, i'm a big fan as well.

i actually made a "facebook" interview with him regarding his sacrificing the opportunity to be the country's flagbearer and give it to pacquiao instead. he was surprisingly humble!
